Uighur Americans holding “Uyghur Protest” in solidarity with Hong Kong

Uighur American students based in Washington D.C. are organizing “Uyghur Protest” to show support for Hong Kong protests on Monday, Sept 2, 2019. The students invite the Uighurs living in Washington D.C. and surrounding areas to stop by the demonstration and sign the Lennon Wall to show Uyghur solidarity with Hong Kong and end China’s brutal crimes against humanity.

The demonstration will be held in front of the Washington Monument on Monday, Sept 2 from 10 am to 4 pm.
