The Senate has blocked the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act.

In his Senate speech, Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) expressed his disappointment, noting that both the Trump Administration and the Biden Administration have acknowledged that the CCP is guilty of Uyghur genocide.

Rubio pointed out that a month ago, the bill still received unanimous support. ‘But now that American corporations, doing business in China, are lobbying hard to kill it, they suddenly discovered a fake procedural problem’, Rubio tweeted. He also shared a video of comments made on the Senate floor.
