Tsering Passang is an exiled-born Tibetan rights advocate and the Founder and Chair of the Global Alliance for Tibet & Persecuted Minorities (GATPM), as well as an opinion contributor to Uyghur Times.

He also works for the London-based Tibet Relief Fund and regularly lobbies UK and EU officials and parliamentarians.
