On January 10, 2020, Tunisian Coalition of Imams protested against the China’s oppression and genocide of Uighurs. The protest took place in front of the Chinese embassy in Tunis after the Friday prayer. The Imams from the Coalition demanded a stop to the Chinese regime’s brutal policy against the Uighurs in East Turkistan. The Imams also appealed to the Muslim world to raise awareness on 3 million Uighurs who are illegally detained at the concentration camps in China and called the Muslims to boycott the Chinese products.
